Return, Refund & Damage Policy

General Information

Many products sold by Crafty Drunkin Planet are handmade, altered, repackaged, customised, individually prepared, or supplied for specialist crafting purposes.

Customers are responsible for carefully reading all product descriptions, instructions, warnings, safety information, and storage requirements before purchasing and using any product.

All products must be stored, handled, maintained, and used strictly in accordance with the instructions provided on the product label and product description.

Due to the nature of many of our products, including liquids, specialist crafting solutions, customised products, and altered or repackaged items, certain products are excluded from returns and refunds as set out in this policy.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Customers are responsible for inspecting all products immediately upon delivery and before opening, using, mixing, altering, or storing the product.

If you believe you have received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, you must notify Crafty Drunkin Planet within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and provide:

• Your order number.

• Clear photographs of the product.

• Clear photographs of the external packaging and shipping label (where applicable).

• A detailed description of the issue.

Claims reported after 24 hours of confirmed delivery may not be accepted, as Crafty Drunkin Planet is unable to determine whether any damage or defect occurred during transit, after delivery, during storage, handling, or use.

Crafty Drunkin Planet reserves the right to investigate all claims before offering a replacement, repair, refund, store credit, or any other appropriate resolution.

Returns

United Kingdom customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

European Union and International customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused.

• The item must be in its original condition.

• All original packaging, labels, tags, accessories, and contents must be included.

• Proof of purchase must be provided.

Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Products

Unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect upon delivery, the following products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

• All Snow Globe Solutions.

• Magic Solution.

• Stay Suspended Solution.

• Medium Flow Solution.

• Fast Flow Solutions.

• Lava Drip Flow Solutions.

• Mineral Oil.

• All liquids, solutions, chemicals, additives, pigments, oils, and similar consumable products once supplied.

• Opened liquids or chemicals.

• Products that have been opened, used, mixed, diluted, altered, modified, or stored incorrectly after delivery.

• All personalised or custom-made products produced or prepared specifically to the customer's requirements.

• Digital products.

• Gift cards.

• Clearance or sale items.

Personalised, customised, and made-to-order products are manufactured or prepared specifically for the individual customer and, unless they are faulty or supplied incorrectly, cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Order Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched.

Once payment has been successfully authorised and processed, the order enters our fulfilment process. Any subsequent cancellation or refund request will be considered and handled in accordance with this Return, Refund & Damage Policy.

Where an order is cancelled or refunded at the customer's request, non-refundable payment processing fees retained by Shopify Payments or other payment providers may be deducted from the refund amount where permitted by applicable law.

Payment processing fees are charged and retained by the payment provider and are not retained by Crafty Drunkin Planet.

For orders processed through Shopify Payments, credit card processing fees, transaction fees, and applicable currency conversion fees are typically not returned to Crafty Drunkin Planet when an order is cancelled or refunded after payment has been successfully processed.

Similarly, fees charged by other payment providers may not be refunded to Crafty Drunkin Planet following a customer-requested cancellation or refund.

If an order is cancelled by Crafty Drunkin Planet due to stock availability, fulfilment issues, pricing errors, or any error on our part, a full refund will be issued.

Return Shipping

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, or where the returned item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged upon arrival, or supplied incorrectly:

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

• Customers are responsible for selecting an appropriate shipping service.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items reach us safely.

Crafty Drunkin Planet accepts no responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or where the error was caused by Crafty Drunkin Planet.

Customer Responsibility After Delivery

Customers are responsible for storing products in accordance with the instructions provided on the product label and product description.

Crafty Drunkin Planet accepts no responsibility for products damaged after delivery due to:

• Accidental damage.

• Improper storage.

• Improper handling.

• Incorrect use.

• Failure to follow instructions.

• Normal wear and tear.

• Exposure to unsuitable temperatures or environmental conditions.

Delivery Delays

Crafty Drunkin Planet is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

• Postal operators.

• Courier companies.

• Customs authorities.

• Weather conditions.

• Industrial action.

• Public holidays.

• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery delays alone do not entitle customers to a refund unless required by applicable law.

Customs, Duties & Import Charges

Customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, handling charges, clearance fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country.

If a parcel is refused, abandoned, destroyed, or returned due to unpaid customs charges or failure to comply with local import requirements, shipping costs and any non-recoverable costs will not be refunded.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.

Refund processing times vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Please allow up to 10 business days for Crafty Drunkin Planet to process an approved refund. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.

Handmade Product Disclaimer

Many products sold by Crafty Drunkin Planet are handmade, repackaged, altered, customised, or individually prepared.

Minor cosmetic variations, slight colour differences, packaging variations, and small imperfections that do not affect the intended use or performance of the product are not considered manufacturing defects.

Product colours may vary depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, photography, monitor calibration, mobile devices, and individual display settings.

Such variations do not constitute faults and are not valid grounds for a return, exchange, or refund.
