Return and Refund Policy:

  • Note: - All the items are altered from its original stock state.
              - All products must be maintained and stored according to the label instructions and the product description.
    • All sales are final - including all snow globe solutions sales are final and cannot be returned , exchanged or refunded.

Personalised/Custom Orders:

  • We do not accept returns and refunds for any product that is created through customization as customer request.

1. We have a 7-days return policy for UK, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return and 14 days for EU (European Union) and INTERNATIONAL.

2. For any product that requires return processing, you, the customer, must to inform us no later than 24 hours after receiving the product/products. Otherwise, the return/refund of the product is not taken into account.

3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. No responsibility will be accepted for any item that has been dropped or damaged after delivery and we do not offer any option for returns/replace/refunds. The product care and maintenance is your responsibility from the moment you receive it. We do not accept returns/refunds on items that were delivered late by the shipping courier, unless a fixed delivery date has been established by the customer when placing the order. 

4. a. - In order for the product to be returned and refunded, the customer is obliged that the product/products must be unused and in original condition with all labels and tags intact. We will process your refund once we have received your item and inspect them if they are in their original condition, with all labels, tags and in the original undamaged boxes.
   b. - It is the customer's responsibility to choose the shipping method and to ensure that the product reaches us in perfect condition as we stated in point 4.a.
   c. - We do not take any responsibility for any loss or damage during return so please consider this when sending the items.
   d. - It is the customer's responsibility to pay the cost of the return/shipping/insurance, this amount is not returned.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Disclaimers:
-Please remember these products are handmade items so imperfections may happen from time to time, but we will try as much as we can for each product to have zero imperfections.
-The photos colors may vary, due to computer monitors/phones/tablets/colors, the color settings of each device that renders the product image, settings displaying colors differently, photos taken in outdoor or indoor light, and everyone sees these colors differently. We try extremely hard to ensure our photos are as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly. Products that wish to be returned for such a problem will not be accepted for returns/refunds.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We do not accept returns and refunds for any product that is created through customization as customer request. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items , or gift cards.
  • All sales are final and cannot be returned , exchanged or refunded.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union/International 14 day cooling off period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union or International, you have the right to return your order within 14 days. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Delivery & Refusal Policy

  • If a customer refuses to pay customs charges, the parcel may be returned or destroyed by customs authorities.
  • In these cases, no refunds will be issued, as shipping and handling fees are non-recoverable.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
