SHIPPING POLICY

Our Store is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm (UK time)

All the orders will be insured during the delivery time and delivered by ROYAL Mail and can be tracked here

ORDER PROCESSING:

- For Custom orders Current turn around 10-15 working days, doesn’t include weekends and shipping time.

- For ready to ship items the processing time is usually 1-3 working days, doesn’t include weekends and shipping time.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

Please allow 1-3 days to process your order. Expect an email within 1-3 day to let you know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 days using Royal Mail in UK, your shipping provider for EU and INTERNATIONAL delivery standard is 2 - 17 days. Flat rate shipping fee applies to orders shipping to locations outside local region.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping to the following countries:

EU (European Union) - Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

INTERNATIONAL - United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, Norway, New Zealand, United States.

 At this time, we do not ship to others Country. 

🇺🇸 United States – Import Duties & Taxes (Customer Paid on Delivery)

All orders shipped to the United States are sent on a Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU / DAP) basis. This means:

✅ You pay only for your items and shipping at checkout

✅ Import duties, customs fees, and taxes are NOT included in your order total

✅ These charges are collected directly by U.S. Customs or the delivery carrier before or upon delivery

Important Information for U.S. Customers

• As of August 29, 2025, the U.S. government removed the $800 de minimis exemption, meaning all imports may now be subject to duties and taxes, regardless of order value.

• Any import charges are calculated by U.S. Customs, not by Crafty Drunkin Planet.

• We have no control over these fees and cannot estimate them accurately at checkout.

Mixed-Origin Orders

If your order includes products manufactured in multiple countries, U.S. Customs may apply the highest applicable tariff to the entire shipment. We always declare all items honestly and accurately to support correct classification.

Delivery & Refusal Policy

• If a customer refuses to pay customs charges, the parcel may be returned or destroyed by customs authorities.

• In these cases, no refunds will be issued, as shipping and handling fees are non-recoverable.

Crafty Drunkin Planet is not responsible for any import duties, tariffs, or customs fees charged by U.S. authorities.

🇬🇧 Northern Ireland (NI) – Customs & Import Information

Due to the Windsor Framework, parcels sent from Great Britain to Northern Ireland now require additional customs information, similar to shipments sent to the European Union.

What This Means for Your Order

• Your parcel will be sent with a customs declaration, including:

• Product description

• Declared value

• Country of origin

• Occasionally, parcels may be subject to customs checks, import VAT, or handling charges.

• If any charges are applied, they are the responsibility of the customer.

• These processes may cause occasional delivery delays outside of our control.

At present, Crafty Drunkin Planet does not have a business presence or customs representative based in Northern Ireland, which may affect how some parcels are processed. We continue to monitor these changes and will update our policy if our shipping method changes in the future.

🇪🇺 European Union (EU) – VAT, Duties & Import Charges

Following the United Kingdom’s departure from the European Union, EU customers may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, and handling fees upon delivery.

How EU Orders Are Currently Shipped

All EU orders placed through our website are sent on a Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU / DAP) basis. This means:

✅ You pay for items + shipping at checkout

✅ VAT, customs duties, and import fees are NOT included at checkout

✅ These charges are collected by your local customs authority or courier before delivery

We do not currently operate under the EU IOSS scheme, and we do not ship EU orders as DDP at this time.

Important Notes for EU Customers

• Import charges are set by your local tax authority, not by Crafty Drunkin Planet.

• We cannot estimate these charges in advance.

• Refused deliveries due to unpaid customs charges may be returned or destroyed, and in such cases no refunds will be issued, as shipping and handling costs are non-recoverable.

🧾 EU Business Orders & VAT Reclaim

At this time, EU VAT cannot be reclaimed on orders placed directly through our Shopify website, as:

• Orders are processed as consumer imports (B2C)

• VAT is not collected by us at checkout under IOSS

• We do not currently support VAT or EORI entry at checkout

If we introduce EU wholesale or VAT-registered business ordering options in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details before placing an order.

By placing an order with Crafty Drunkin Planet, you AGREE to pay any applicable Import Duties, Taxes or Tariffs required by your country's customs authorise. Refusal to pay these fees may result in your ordering returned, delayed, or destroyed, and we therefore cannot offer refunds in such cases.

Delivery time can vary greatly depending on the destination.

EU - Standard International - 2 to 11 business days

 INTERNATIONAL - Standard -3 to 17 business days

 Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Crafty Drunkin Planet is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
