Our Store is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm (UK time)

All the orders will be insured during the delivery time and delivered by ROYAL Mail and can be tracked here

ORDER PROCESSING:

- For Custom orders Current turn around 10-15 working days, doesn’t include weekends and shipping time.

- For ready to ship items the processing time is usually 1-3 working days, doesn’t include weekends and shipping time.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

Please allow 1-3 days to process your order. Expect an email within 1-3 day to let you know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 days using Royal Mail in UK, your shipping provider for EU and INTERNATIONAL delivery standard is 2 - 17 days. Flat rate shipping fee applies to orders shipping to locations outside local region.

INTERNATIONAL - United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, United States.

 At this time, we do not ship to others Country.

Due to updated U.S. import regulations, a 10% import tariff may be applied by U.S. Customs on all UK-made products  - including our Magic Solution and Snow Globe Flow Solutions.

This fee is not included in your order total and will be collected by your local delivery carrier (UPS, USPS, etc.) upon delivery.

Crafty Drunkin Planet is not responsible for any import duties, tariffs, or customs fees charged by U.S. authorities.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details before placing an order.
